The Next Round of TMUD Applications

Our team drafted the most recent Ohio TMUD Statute, to address concerns that many developers raised with legislators and that the Ohio Department of Development raised concerning its ability to effectively administer the TMUD Program.  The result was a sweeping overhaul of the TMUD Statute, Program Guidelines, and other Department of Development TMUD promulgations. The currently pending TMUD application round will be the first to benefit from those changes.  We helped get the TMUD Statute passed in the first place, and we have now invested considerable time improving the Program so that it could have a future – hopefully, a bright future.  As a result, we know the Program better than anyone.
