Our Sikora Law and Omni Title teams recently came together for one of our favorite traditions: our quarterly State of the Company meetings.

We reflected on the past 90 days of progress and momentum across both companies — from major CRE closings that we helped facilitate, legislative wins that we championed, to the continued growth and collaboration across both businesses. These moments of alignment help us stay focused on what matters most: clarity, purpose, and shared goals for the quarter ahead.

We capped it off with what fuels our success: connection. Together we broke bread, sang karaoke, shared lots of laughs, and played a few lively rounds of cornhole and pickleball.
