Sam Rosen, CPA serves as Director of Finance for the firm and is responsible for overseeing the firm's financial operations, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Sam works as part of the firm's leadership team to provide financial insight, improve operational efficiency, and support the firm's continued growth.

Sam brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance. Throughout his career, he has held finance leadership positions across a variety of industries, where he has led financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes, cash flow management, acquisition integration efforts, and strategic initiatives designed to improve profitability and drive organizational growth.

Sam graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His CPA background, combined with extensive experience in financial leadership and strategic planning, enables him to provide practical financial guidance and data-driven insights to support the firm's business objectives.

Prior to joining the firm, Sam worked with organizations ranging from entrepreneurial, privately held businesses to large public companies, providing financial leadership through periods of expansion, operational transformation, and acquisitions.

His background in accounting, corporate finance, and business strategy provides the firm with a strong financial foundation and helps position the organization for continued success and long-term growth.
