Nick began his career as a commissioned officer in the Air Force after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy. He served as a buyer and contract administrator managing a billion-dollar contract for the procurement of jet engines used by all branches of service. This military experience provided the foundation for a legal career that exemplifies resourcefulness and dedication to client service.

Nick’s law practice has always been primarily focused on complex commercial litigation. His broad and diverse base of experience in real estate and title insurance litigation makes him a natural fit for Sikora Law. This experience includes high stakes and large scale litigation matters, like defending a global title insurance company in a $350 million coverage dispute, representing over 100 title agents as part of a class action lawsuit, and acting as national coordinating counsel on closing protection letter claims.

Nick also served as national counsel in product liability lawsuits for a large consumer appliance manufacturer and a global tire company, and most recently Nick managed the national litigation portfolio for the number one retail mortgage lender in the country. His experience also includes litigating dozens of matters involving injunctive relief to protect vital trade secrets and enforce noncompete agreements.
