Title Insurance Specialist Nick Capotosto Joins Sikora Law as Director of Litigation

 

We are pleased to welcome Nick Capotosto as our firm’s Director of Litigation, further strengthening our ability to help clients navigate Ohio's most challenging real estate and title disputes.

 

Nick brings decades of experience representing title insurance companies and their insureds, in addition to handling a range of complex commercial litigation matters. His background enables him to counsel clients to avoid litigation, to develop practical solutions, and to resolve litigated matters as retained counsel for insureds, coverage counsel for underwriters, and as counsel for real estate companies.

Nick's arrival reinforces our commitment to providing peace of mind for real estate companies, while enhancing the integrated legal services we offer alongside our sister company, Omni Title.
