Angela Hare

Angela was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2011 and Ohio Bar in 2019. She obtained her Ohio Title Insurance License in 2017. Angela graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2011 and obtained a Tax LLM in 2012. She graduated from Boston University in 2007 with a B.A. in political science and international relations.

In connection with her Tax LLM, she wrote her thesis on Amazon and similar online retailer’s effect on sales taxes. While attending law school, Angela was a member of the International Law Review, and her article was published for the International Law Review in 2010. Angela also participated in a 2009 study abroad program at Loyola University Chicago’s Rome, Italy campus where Ruth Bader Ginsberg was the guest speaker.

Angela’s prior work experience included serving as Claims Counsel for a title insurance company and as Associate General Counsel for a Title agency. She has handled complex commercial real estate transactions including LIHTC and other tax credit transactions. She has been working in the area of commercial real estate for 5 years and in the title insurance industry since 2012.

Angela has a Yorkie Pomeranian mix with whom she enjoys spending her time. Angela was a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority at Boston University and is currently a member of the Cleveland West Shore Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter. Lastly, Angela enjoys traveling and looks forward to traveling abroad again in the future.
