Sikora Law pursued a case for a major Central Ohio developer that involved the breach of a lease for a large warehouse space located in a free trade zone. After a great deal of litigation, Sikora Law obtained a judgment on behalf of the developer that allowed recovery of all outstanding amounts due under the contract.
Sikora Law was retained to represent a major commercial real estate investor that purchased a motel in Ashland County and seventy acres of surrounding farmland. The selling company filed suit to attempt to reform the transaction and sought the return of the surrounding land based upon a claim of mutual mistake. Sikora Law represented a large multi-family developer and helped it get control of an outstanding strip of land that was inadvertently left out of multiple transactions over decades to facilitate a large development in Summit County, Ohio.
